Spent a very informative day in London last week. I did a workshop on Jaw/TMJ/TMD pain.  What a little joint that can cause so much pain.  Can you eat an apple? Does your jaw click when you eat? Does it hurt to yawn? All these things can be helped.  The first thing to do is to find the resting position for your jaw.  Put your tongue gently behind your front top teeth as if you were going to make a “clucking” sound; then note the position your mouth is in when you finish saying the word “Emma”your teeth should be slightly apart.  If you need any more help contact me.
